Chassis & Restoration
TVR Restoration
We can provide the full range of services to restore your TVR.
All our chassis works involve a full body lift. We believe this is the only way to ensure quality of works and longevity of the whole chassis - We also always change rubber fuel hoses.
Every car has 50-100 miles testing post works (If taxed and MOT'd) for debugging before return to customer.
We offer 3 options outlined below - although its a great time to carry out further mechanical refurbishment and upgrades. Contact us to discuss. (All pricing INCLUDES VAT)
Outriggers
[For Well maintained cars Just Needing Outriggers]

Body-off outrigger change with Ugraded 2.64mm CDS Tube, 3mm thick inner Sleeves.

Chassis and suspension degrease and jetwash.

Unprotected/rusted areas of chassis on 'backbone' protected and coated as per outriggers.

Polyurethane paint coating (Brush Applied)

Chassis adjacent to the Exhaust Manifolds coated with ultra high temperature paint.

Replace rubber sections of fuel feed and return lines with marine grade ethanol-safe hose.

New Body to chassis bolts in all exposed areas.

As per 'Outriggers' but including:

Removal of ALL chassis components.

Deep clean of all components and chassis.

Anti-Roll Bars and Brackets De-Rusted and coated.

All Wishbones, Anti-Roll bars and chassis stripped of bushes, deep cleaned and treated/stripped.

Wishbones and Chassis fully coated with Powder Coat OR 4 coats of Jotun 90 2 part epoxy paint.

Reassembled with new wishbone bushes, Differential Bushes, Handbrake Cable and Brake Hoses.

New Steering Track Rod Ends.

New suspension fixings.

Full 4 wheel laser geometry setup.

Bespoke Build Programme
Want your TVR to be better than new? Our Bespoke Build Programme is for you. Supply ANY 1993 onwards TVR and we will rebuild every mechanical component, completely refresh the chassis, apply subtle modernisations to transform reliability and drivability and to finish it off the vehicle will be painted and trimmed to your exact specification. No stone is left unturned - also if you need us to source a donor vehicle we can handle that. Just decide on your model, colour and interior.

For works outside of the service schedule our hourly rate is £85 per hour plus VAT. Collection and Delivery can be arranged.
